Inclusion Criteria
age between 20 and 65
- BMI over 35 kg/m2
- BMI over 30 kg/m2 with obestiy comorbidities such as
- ASA score (American society of anesthesiology) : class I - III
- ECOG (Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group performance status) : 0 or 1
- agreement for informed consent after full explanation
Exclusion Criteria
- previous bariatric or metabolic surgery
- malignancy in 5 years
- vulnerable study participiants
- paticipients for other studies within 3 months
