1.Pathologically proven squamous cell carcinoma of glottis.
2.TisN0M0 OR T1NOMO OR T2N0M0 as 8th edition of American joint Committee on Cancer Manual
1. Pre existing conditions of vocal cord/larynx
2.Previously received radiotherapy to neck.
3.Previously undergone laryngeal surgery with without laser.
4.Patients with chest conditions or neurological conditions which can potentially affect the pulmonary reserve or volume flow.
4.Patients who fail to follow up till mandatory 3 rd month follow up
