ASA I and II patients
Surgeries like laparoscopic cholecystectomy and appendicectomy.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients who are allergic to study drug.
patients on antipsychiatric medications,sedatives,opioids and antidepressants.

Name Time Method Haemodynamic response to intraperitoneal gas insufflation. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: Till 15 minutes intraoperative post insufflation period.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1.Total number of patients requiring supplemental analgesia. <br/ ><br>2.Time of requirement of first rescue analgesia in each group. <br/ ><br>3)Total opioid requirement in 24hours postoperative period.Timepoint: Till 24 hours in the postoperative period.
