- •Elective diagnosis case of lumbar spinal stenosis
- •Inform consent
- •Age 18-70 years
- •ASA class 1-3
- •Understanding how to use PCA machine for control pain
排除标准
- •Allergy to dexamethasone
- •Morphine or derivative of morphine use
- •Previous lumbar spine surgery
- •Chronic renal or liver failure
- •Pregnancy or lactation
- •Blood sugar level morethan 250 mg/dL in Diabetes patients
- •Immunosuppressant patient
- •External steroid use
