Inclusion Criteria
Elective diagnosis case of lumbar spinal stenosis
Inform consent
Age 18-70 years
ASA class 1-3
Understanding how to use PCA machine for control pain
Exclusion Criteria
Allergy to dexamethasone
Morphine or derivative of morphine use
Previous lumbar spine surgery
Chronic renal or liver failure
Pregnancy or lactation
Blood sugar level morethan 250 mg/dL in Diabetes patients
Immunosuppressant patient
External steroid use
