Inclusion Criteria
All the patients undergoing elective and emergency upper limb surgeries under ultrasound-guided supraclavicular brachial plexus block with the American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status 1 and 2
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patient refusal.
2. History of allergic medications used in the study.
3. Patients with difficulty in communication.
4. Underlying conditions- bleeding disorders, local infection, existing brachial plexus
deficits.
5. History of treatment for a chronic pain condition/ psychiatric disorder.
6. Pregnant women.
