Inclusion Criteria
- •without a prior history of gestational diabetes mellitus, not on any hypoglycaemic drugs with competent mental health status.
Exclusion Criteria
- •with a history of advanced medical conditions such as chronic liver disease, hypertensive disorders, advanced stage renal disease and known allergic to the drug Metformin
