Inclusion Criteria
Married female 21-45 years age group with positive urine pregnancy test will be taken into study between 4-10 week of pregnancy with having history of following conditions-
One ore more spontaneous abortion
Elderly primigravida
history of Intra uterine fetal death
previous preterm birth
Chorodecidual haemorrhage in present pregnancy
Exclusion Criteria
Patient with severe systemic disease like cardiovascular complications and uncontrolled diabetes mellitus
pregnancy with carcinoma
pregnancy with incompetent OS & congenital uterine malformations
Sexually transmitted disease like VDRL, HIV, HbsAg will be excluded
Pregnancy with TORCH IgM Positive cases
