Inclusion Criteria
- •patients had to be voluntary; both gender; body mass index igual or above 25 kg/m²; sedentary and diagnosed with T2DM
Exclusion Criteria
- •history of alcohol or drug abuse; diagnoses of cardiac pathologies; not being obese and sedentary; uncontrolled blood glucose spikes
