- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method This study investigate molecular expression level changes of different intestinal bile acid transporters, detoxifying systems and nuclear receptors in children and adolescent with inflammatory bowel disease. Therefore in intestinal biopsy specimens from children suffering from inflammatory bowel disease mRNA levels are investigated with the help of the real time PCR method (polymerase chain reaction).
