Inclusion Criteria
Inferior and posterior dislocation of shoulder
14 - 65 aged
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with fracture in the primary graph
Excessive injury or open dislocation shoulder
Patients with reduced consciousness
Patients with deformity and neurological lesions in shoulder

Name Time Method What is the mean value of VAS score in patients undergoing comorbid reduction of ketamine and doxedetomidine before the intervention at 5, 10, 20, 30 and 60 minutes after receiving the drug?. Timepoint: 0,5,10,20 30, 60 minutes after treatmen. Method of measurement: VAS questionnaire.
