Inclusion criteria
•Age between18-65 years old
•ASA physical status 1-3
•Operation time more than 1 hours
•Patients able to use PCA device for postoperative pain
Exclusion criteria
•Documented of contraindication for ketamine used
•history of drug allergy to morphine, fentanyl, ketamine.
•Suspected to remain intubation for postoperative period.
•Severe co-morbidity cardiovascular disease.
•Renal insufficiency
•History of drug addicted or psychological problem.
•underlying hematotological disease due to contraindication for intramuscular injection
