Inclusion Criteria
The inclusion criteria are: Spinal surgery to the aim of laminectomy, age between 18 to 65 years old; and ASA= II.
The exclusion criteria are: patient’s lack of consent; having allergy to Propofol, soya, egg or Isoflurane; history of malignant hyperthermia in the patient and his/her family; patients with history of coagulopathy or consumption of coagulation-related drugs; any history of any diseases such as stroke, coronary artery diseases, hypertension, deep veins thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, and peripheral vascular diseases.

Name Time Method Mean Arterial Pressure. Timepoint: Before and after induction, after change of position, 30, 60 and 90 minutes after start of the operation, and at the end of operation. Method of measurement: Milimeter Hg.
