1) Patients who have undergone surgical treatment for ankle fracture patients (medial, lateral malleolar fractures, bilmalleolar fractures, and trimalleolar fractures)
(2) patients who agreed to the consent form
(1) Patients with other fractures in the unilateral lower extremity such as Pilon, talus, and calcaneus fracture,
(2) Patients with a history of past fractures and ligament injuries in the unilateral lower extremity,
(3) Patients with preoperative Grade 3 or higher arthritis
(4) Patients with co-mobidity to the extent that they affect daily activities, such as heart disease, lung disease, and kidney disease
5) patients who did not agree to long-term follow-up.
