Study Overview

Brief Summary

The study aims to assess knowledge, dietary practices, and nutritional status of yoga trainees pre and post nutritional intervention among two groups. Women’s health is intricately linked with nutrition, lifestyle choices, and physical activity. This lack of knowledge can limit the potential of yoga, which offers holistic benefits like physical, emotional, and mental well being. Implementing a nutrition education programme among women practicing yoga can increase nutrition awareness, health status, and promote sustainable lifestyles, acting as a preventive public health tool and enhancing yoga benefits.
