Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patient with femur neck fracture who undergoing bipolar hemiarthroplasty
- •2\. Age 40 \- 90 years old
- •3\. No history of surgical fixation of the affected femur neck
- •4\. Low energy trauma
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Preoperative hemoglobin \< 10 g/dL or a platelet count \< 140,000 /uL3
- •2\. Renal Insufficiency ( Defined by creatinine clearance \< 30 mL/min )
- •3\. Previous unprovoked and/or recurrent deep venous thrombosis or pulmonary embolism
- •4\. Recent myocardial infarction , cerebrovascular event , or provoked deep venous thrombosis or pulmonary embolism within 30 days , Coronary stent placement with in 6 month
- •5\. On oral contraceptives pill or drug with drug\-interaction ie : Thrombin , Hemocoagulase , Batroxobin , Eptacog\-alfa
- •6\. On Anti\-coagulants
- •7\. Hypercoagulable state
- •8\. Intolerance or allergy to any drug prescribed in the study
- •9\. Refusal to participate
