ALL NEWBORN MORE THAN 35 WEEKS OF GESTATION DELIVERED EITHER BY NORMAL VAGINAL AND LSCS AT LLRM MEDICAL COLLEGE, MEERUT WILL BE INCLUDED IN THIS STUDY AFTER APPLYING EXCLUSION CRITERIA
1.Multiple births
2.Major congenital anomalies or chromosomal anomalies
3.Hydrops fetalis
4.Mother admitted to the hospital at least 6hrs before delivery
5.Babies born limp with thick meconium stained liquor.
6.Cord Prolapse
7.APGAR score 3 at 1 minute.
8.Babies delivered by cesarean section for fetal indication.
9.Babies delivered to Rh Negative mother.
10.Length of umbilical cord 25 cm.
