入选标准
- •Patients who visit Eunpyeong St. Mary's Hospital and undergo TAVI through MAC aged 65 or older
排除标准
- •A prospective patient with percutaneous aortic valve replacement under general anesthesia
- •A preoperative delirious patient
- •A patient over the age of ninety
- •Left ventricular ejection fraction <30%
- •Patients receiving preoperative circulatory support such as ECMO
- •Patients with a recent myocardial infarction
- •Patients with a history of allergies to dexmedetomidine, opioids, and benzodiazepines
- •Patients with Contraindications for Use of Dexmedetomidine, Remifentanyl, and Remimazolam
- •Patients receiving dialysis for end-stage renal failure
- •Severe cirrhosis of Child-Pugh class C
