Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients who visit Eunpyeong St. Mary's Hospital and undergo TAVI through MAC aged 65 or older

Exclusion Criteria

  • •A prospective patient with percutaneous aortic valve replacement under general anesthesia
  • •A preoperative delirious patient
  • •A patient over the age of ninety
  • •Left ventricular ejection fraction \<30%
  • •Patients receiving preoperative circulatory support such as ECMO
  • •Patients with a recent myocardial infarction
  • •Patients with a history of allergies to dexmedetomidine, opioids, and benzodiazepines
  • •Patients with Contraindications for Use of Dexmedetomidine, Remifentanyl, and Remimazolam
  • •Patients receiving dialysis for end\-stage renal failure
  • •Severe cirrhosis of Child\-Pugh class C
