Patients who visit Eunpyeong St. Mary's Hospital and undergo TAVI through MAC aged 65 or older
A prospective patient with percutaneous aortic valve replacement under general anesthesia
A preoperative delirious patient
A patient over the age of ninety
Left ventricular ejection fraction <30%
Patients receiving preoperative circulatory support such as ECMO
Patients with a recent myocardial infarction
Patients with a history of allergies to dexmedetomidine, opioids, and benzodiazepines
Patients with Contraindications for Use of Dexmedetomidine, Remifentanyl, and Remimazolam
Patients receiving dialysis for end-stage renal failure
Severe cirrhosis of Child-Pugh class C
