Healthy study participants; BMI 18,0-28,0 kg/m²; written consent after information about study contents and study procedure; ability and willingness of study participants to follow study leaders instructions
Smokers; high performance athlete; hormonal illnesses (hyperthyroidism e.g.); acute potassium and magnesium deficiencies; severe chronic illness (Cancer, diabetes mellitus Typ I e.g.) manifest coronary heart disease(angina pectoris, heart failure e.g.), kidney insufficiency or liver diseases; chronic gastroinestinal diseases (colitis ulcerosa, morbus crohn, pancreas insuffiency); known endocrine and immunological diseases; familial diabetes mellitus; treatment with not-insulinreleasing antidiabetics (guar, ascarbose e.g.); chronic intake of corticosteroids (except inhalativ) and psychotropic drugs, intolerances or allergies regarding study product ingredientes; regular intake of laxatives; pregnancy and lactation
