Inclusion Criteria
1.Patient aged 18-60 years posted for head and neck cancer surgery.
2. Patient belonging to ASA I-II.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Any known allergy to study drugs.
2.Patient with bradycardia(HR <60/min)
3.Surgeries exceeding > 5hrs.
4. Patients on ventilator in the postoperative period.
5.Patient refusal.
