Inclusion Criteria

Patients of age 18-60 years

American Society of Anaesthesiologists (ASA) physical status I/II

Planned for elective laparoscopic surgery under Spinal anesthesia or general anesthesia.

undergoing elective lower abdominal surgeries under spinal anesthesia and general

anesthesia.

BMI 20 and 30 Kg/m2

The above patients who Provide written informed consent will be enrolled in the study

Exclusion Criteria

Patients with a history of PONV.

severe cardiorespiratory, hepatic, renal, neurological or endocrinal disease, pregnant and

lactating women, obesity diabetes mellitus
