Inclusion Criteria

•self\-reported mental disorder
•\- written informed consent
•\- sufficient knowledge of German (required for HOP participation and self\-report measures)

Exclusion Criteria

•\- Diagnosis of only a substance use disorder without non\-substance\-related current psychiatric comorbidity.
•\- intellectual disability
•\- acute psychotic symptoms
•\- acute suicidality
