Inclusion Criteria
- •self\-reported mental disorder
- •\- written informed consent
- •\- sufficient knowledge of German (required for HOP participation and self\-report measures)
Exclusion Criteria
- •\- Diagnosis of only a substance use disorder without non\-substance\-related current psychiatric comorbidity.
- •\- intellectual disability
- •\- acute psychotic symptoms
- •\- acute suicidality
