- •Those aged 60 or older with a history of COVID\-19 and who have experienced falls
Exclusion Criteria
- •Dementia, contraindications to exercise (myocardial infarction within the last 3 months, unstable angina, arrhythmia, musculoskeletal disorders in which exercise is impossible)
