Name Time Method level of IL-40 in saliva after all saliva samples have been collected and analyzed We measured the clinical periodontal parameters and utilized the ELISA technique to detect the levels of IL-40 in the saliva samples.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method level of IL-1 beta in saliva after all saliva samples have been collected and analyzed We measured the clinical periodontal parameters and utilized the ELISA technique to detect the levels of IL-1 beta in the saliva samples.,level of MMP-8 in saliva after all saliva samples have been collected and analyzed We measured the clinical periodontal parameters and utilized the ELISA technique to detect the levels of MMP-8 in the saliva samples.
