Inclusion Criteria
1.Age more than 18 years
2.Presented with an acute attack of NMOSD
3.Willing to give informed consent for inclusion in the study
Exclusion Criteria
1.Pregnancy
2.Known allergic to plasma proteins
3.Mechanically ventilated patients
4.Patients with systemic autoimmune disorders (RA, SLE, etc)
5.Patients positive for viral markers like HBsAg, anti-HIV , anti-HCV and covid-19 positive by RT-PCR.
