Inclusion Criteria
Youngs of both genders, aged between 20-35, insufficient active by International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ)
Exclusion Criteria
No additional orthopedic deficiencies impairing ambulation
Diabetic individuals
Individuals with cardiopathies
Individuals with body mass index maior que 30 Kg/m2
Regular caffeine or green tea drinkers
Individuals with intolerance to caffeine or green tea

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method A non-linear increase in ventilatory anaerobic threshold in volunteers that had taken the green tea pill. To the ventilatory anaerobic threshold assessment will be used a gases analysis equipment. To the verification of this outcome, will be considered a variation of at least 10% in relation to caffeine group and 20% in relation to placebo group
