Non-tuberculous mycobacterial skin and/or soft tissue infection
Exclusion Criteria
HIV co-infection
Hypersensitivity to lidocaine, local anaesthetics of the amide type, or one of
the excipients
Factors precluding antimycobacterial treatment
Estimated life expectancy < 3 months
