- Patients treated with radiofrequency ablation to destroy the tumor. The radiation treatment unit and know that they have tumors on the liver.
- Patients aged 65-80 years
- Patients receiving education not lower than grade 6
- Patients can communicate in listening, speaking, reading and writing.
- ASA 1-3
- Have mental illness
- Have underlying disease such as;Alzheimer's disease, dementia, neurological deficit
- received the drug in the group. Antipsychotics, Regular sedative drugs
- allergy to sedative agents
- Preoperative neurological deficit such as Parkinson’s disease, Dementia, Vascular disease in the brain.
- History of alcohol.
- The function or routine of daily life is less.
- Malnutrition
- Elderly or very elderly. And hearing or vision defects.
- Dehydration, solution and electrolyte imbalance after surgery are sodium, potassium and glucose.
- Insomnia, not private location.
- On Foley’s catheter.
- Disorder of intellect and history of acute confusion.
- Hypoxia, hypoxemia and decrease level of Hb after operative.
- On Narcotic and Benzodiazepine medicine.
- Uncontrol postoperative pain.
