Inclusion Criteria
- Age 18-65 years old;<br>2. ASA?~?<br>3. elective video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery (lobectomy, lung segmentectomy, lung wedge resection).
Exclusion Criteria
? Contraindications to regional nerve blocks, including infection at the injection site or bleeding disorders ;<br>? Patients allergy to any of the drugs used in this trial;<br>?Patients with severe cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, respiratory diseases and abnormal liver and kidney function before surgery;<br>?Patients with preoperative chronic pain and a history of opioids,hormones or non-steroidal drugs therapy<br>? History of previous type 1 or type 2 diabetes mellitus;<br>?BMI=30kg/?;<br>?Failure to communicate normally: hearing impairment, language comprehension impairment, mental illness, etc.;<br>(8) has been participated in other investigators.
