Inclusion Criteria
patients have osteoarthritis of both knees about to under either unilateral or bilateral total knee replacement
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with knee degeneration having Rheumatoid Arthritis, Patients in whom TKR with HTO has been done, Patients having infection at the wound site or in the implant, Patients with post-op complications, Non-compliant patients
