Inclusion Criteria
- Systemically healthy patients.
- Patients having maxillary & mandibular osseous defects with probing depth ≥ 5 mm and clinical attachment loss of ≥5 mm from the cementoenamel junction.
- Patients with radiographic osseous defects.
Exclusion Criteria
- Systemically compromised patients and those on medications.
- Pregnant women and lactating mother.
- Patients allergic to drugs.
