Inclusion Criteria
Singleton pregnancy. 100 women who underwent assisted reproductive technology (ART) procedures and 100 women who conceived naturally will be included in this study
Exclusion Criteria
History of cardiovascular disease, seizure disorder and liver disease, bleeding disorders or infections like HIV or HBsAg.
