Inclusion Criteria

1. Patients diagnosed with dermatomyositis, systemic sclerosis, or systemic lupus erythematosus
2. Patients who are willing to give an inform consent

Exclusion Criteria

1. Patients with hair and scalp abnormalities that cannot be explained by their underlying diseases/active diseases
2. Patients diagnosed with other underlying diseases that can be the cause of alopecia such as iron deficiency, hypo/hyperthyroidism, etc.
3. Overlapping connective tissue diseases
4. Patients receiving medications that can be the cause of alopecia or hair color change
5. Pregnancy
6. Lactation
7. Patients unwilling to participate in the study or withdraw from the study
8. Patients with history of hair dyeing in the past month
