The patients who will undergo elective surgery under general anesthesia
The patients who agree to participate in the study
American society of Anesthesiologists classification of I, II
American society of Anesthesiologists class = III
History of cervical spine surgery or cervical disk herniation
The possibility of difficult mask ventilation
Awake intubation
Risk of regurgitation and pulmonary aspiration
Craniofacial anomaly
History of severe burn in cervical area
Fiberoptic intubation is tneeded
Use of double-lumen endotracheal tube
History of psychological disease with or without psychoactive drug
Reject to participate in the study
