Inclusion Criteria

Age >16yrs and <60yrs.

ASA 1 & 2.

Normal airways

Genaral surgery procedures

Exclusion Criteria

1)H/o previous difficult intubation2)Cervical spine spine instability or restriction of movements.

3)upper airway foreign body, tumor, polyp, retropharyngeal abscess, or other friable tissue along the intubation course

4)Mallampatti grade III & IV

5)Difficult airway Wilson score 2 or more

6)Pregnancy

7)Hypertension

8)Cardiovascular disease

9)Any other predictor of difficult airway
