Inclusion Criteria
Diagnosis of renal stone by sonography
Age between 18 to 55 years
Exclusion Criteria
Complicated renal stone such as pyelonephritis
Oral or intravenous drug administration in 6 hours before refer to hospital
Addiction
Pregnancy
Chronic renal or liver disease
Bilateral stone
Drug allergy

Name Time Method Pain control. Timepoint: On arrival, 15 minutes, 30 minutes, 1 and 2 hours after drug administration. Method of measurement: Visual Analog Scale (VAS).
