Inclusion Criteria
a)Pregnant women (gestational age > 22 weeks) with a diagnosed HELLP syndrome.
b)Class 1 and class 2 HELLP.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Gestational age < 22 weeks,
2.Class 3 HELLP
3. Diabetes Mellitus.
4.Women who had recent (within 7 days) corticosteroid therapy for fetal lung maturation or for maternal morbidity.
5.Chronic use of corticosteroids.
6.Chronic diseases that alter laboratory parameters of HELLP Syndrome, such as chronic liver disease or purpura.
7.Patients unable to consent (coma or critical clinical condition)
