main diagnosis: moderate or severe depressive episode (F32.1 or F32.2) or a
recurrent depressive disorder, current episode moderate or severe (F33.1 or 33.2)
HAMD > 21 and BDI-II >19
Treatment by electroconvulsive therapy or intake of benzodiazepines. Serious diseases, which make a participation disproportionate (e.g. advanced tumor disease) or distort the study results (e.g. mental disability or chronic inflammatory disease) .
Patients with acute suicidality (missing capacity to consult, cognitive constraint on suicidal plans or no reason to survive)

Name Time Method In the fourth psychotherapeutic session severeness of depression will be assessed by widely known measure: Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HDRS) to show effectiveness of preceding intervention
