Inclusion Criteria
1. ≥ 18-years old Thai, in-patients receiving colistin methanesulfonate
2. Hemodynamic stability
Exclusion Criteria
1. Preexisting stage G4 or G5 chronic kidney disease
2. Receiving acute hemodialysis within 24 hr after an initiation of colistin methanesulfonate
3. Pregnancy
