Primary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
•To determine the changes in COP between different priming fluids during cardiac surgery with CPB
Secondary Outcome Measures
NameTimeMethod
•Is the serum albumin level correlated with the level of COP during cardiac surgery with CPB?
•Is the change of COP during cardiac surgery with CPB associated with a change in extravascular fluid shift (positive fluid balance, weight gain, mean arterial pressure)?
•Is the change of COP during cardiac surgery with CPB associated with intravascular hemodilution (hemoglobin, hematocrit, blood product use)?
•Is the change of COP during cardiac surgery with CPB associated with blood loss and hemostasis (platelet count, fibrinogen, use of coagulation factors concentrate)?
