ASA 1 & 2
The presence of clinical symptoms and signs of RICP, including Nausea, Vomiting , Headache etc.
The presence of indicative signs of increased ICP on CT or MRI of the brain including narrowing of ventricles and cisterns, fading of the brain sulci, mass effect ,Midline shift etc.
Optic nerve diseases such as optic neuritis , meningioma, arachnoid cyst of Optic nerve and gliomas,anterior orbital or cavernous sinus mass,history of neurological disorder, hyperthyroidism,known orbital injury or prior ocular surgery
