- •PRIMARY MOLAR
- •1.Deeply carious primary molar with pulp necrosis without sinus
- •2.Children of age group-4 to 8 years4
- •3.Teeth with radiographic evidence of minimum bone degeneration
- •4.Adequate root length
排除标准
- •1.Patients with underlying systemic conditions
- •2.Patients with special health care needs.
- •3.Patients with allergies.
- •4.Teeth with anatomic anomalies for e.g. calcified and curved Canals
- •5.Teeth with limited access.
- •6.Periapical infection involving the crypt of the succedaneous tooth
- •7.The re-treatment cases.
- •8.Grossly decayed teeth that cannot be restored
- •9.Teeth with pathological mobility
- •10.Teeth having extensive internal or external root resorption.
