Inclusion Criteria
The participants of this study included stage I to III adult breast cancer survivors from ages of 30 to 65, who were approximately 2 years and 6 months post- surgeries or adjuvant chemotherapy, and receiving follow-up observations with or without adjuvant endocrine therapy on outpatient basis. Informed consents were obtained prior to initiating this study.
Exclusion Criteria
Those who relapsed or had types of primary cancer other than breast cancer, as well as those with psychiatric and other severe uncontrolled chronic illnesses were excluded from this study.
