1) Adults over 40
2) Patients who are taking amyloid PET / CT due to neurologic dementia specialist suspected of cognitive decline worse than MCI.
1) When it is difficult to cooperate with interview and self-question (literacy, hearing impairment, speech disorder)
2) Patients who cannot consent through the patient or guardian
3) Patients with a medical condition that cannot undergo PET test
History of neurological / psychiatric disorders (territorial cerebral infarction, severe head trauma, brain surgery, intracranial hematoma with permanent brain lesion, major affective disorder, schizophrenia, or schizo-affective disorder)
5) If patients are undergoing radiation therapy or are undergoing radiation exposure in other clinical studies.
