1. Patients suffering from Osteonecrosis of femoral head with moderate to severe
anterior hip pain (visual analog score >3)
2. Patient whose pain is not well controlled on oral pharmacological agents
3. Patients who is unfit for THR due to co morbidities
4. Patients who are unwilling for surgery
5. Consent of the patient for the procedure
1. Local site necrotic wound infection and distorted Hip anatomy either due to
disease or surgery
2. Abnormal coagulation profile
3. Patients or relatives’ refusal
4. Allergy to lignocaine and bupivacaine
