Inclusion Criteria
patient who want to have a bariatric surgery
Exclusion Criteria
1. patient who get a treatment of voiding symptom
2. patient who have an estrogen replacement therapy now or within 6-month
3. patient who had a pelvic organ surgery
4. patient who underwent medical treatment of Depressive disorder or Neuropsychiatry Disease within 3-month
5. patient who have a sleep disturbance and take sleeping drug
