Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients ASA physical status Grade I and II
2.Patients undergoing elective surgery under General Anesthesia
3.Patients with Mallampati Class I and II
Exclusion Criteria
1.Patient refusal
2.Emergency surgery
3.Patients with severe bradycardia/heart block
4.Pregnant and lactating mothers
5.Patients with contraindication to nasal intubation such as grossly distorted airway anatomy,URTI and bleeding disorders.
6.Patients with Mallampati Class III and IV
