Anemia is a condition thatdevelops when your blood produces a lower-than-normal amount of healthy redblood cells. If you have anemia, your body does not getenough oxygen-rich blood. The lack of oxygen can make you feel tired or weak.Following a nutritious, iron-rich diet can help prevent common types of anemiaand increase your energy levels. Iron is very helpful in boosting theproduction of hemoglobin, which in turn helps to form more RBCs.

Inclusion Criteria
- 1.Adolescent girls those who are Mild and Moderately Anaemic.
- 2.Adolescent girls those who are available at the time of data collection.
- 3.Adolescent girls those who are interest to participate in research study.
Exclusion Criteria
- 1.Adolescent girls those who are suffering from systemic disease.
- 2.Adolescent girls those who are having dysmenorrhoea or menstrual problem.
