Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Any individual who is clinically diagnosed and receiving treatment for hypertension for at least 2 months 2\. Aged 18 years and above 3\. Conscious and capable of effective oral communication without help 4\. Availability to participate in assigned health education activities
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Pregnancy 2\. Serious diseases with the need for special care such malignant tumors, heart failure, kidney disease 3\. Mental disorders, dementia or cognitive impairment
