Inclusion Criteria

1. Any individual who is clinically diagnosed and receiving treatment for hypertension for at least 2 months 2. Aged 18 years and above 3. Conscious and capable of effective oral communication without help 4. Availability to participate in assigned health education activities

Exclusion Criteria

1. Pregnancy 2. Serious diseases with the need for special care such malignant tumors, heart failure, kidney disease 3. Mental disorders, dementia or cognitive impairment

Primary Outcome Measures

Blood pressure control, BP of below 140/90 mmHg will be taken as control. BP will be measured at baseline and follow up after 3 months for both intervention and control group.Timepoint: At baseline and 3 months
