for test group A and B, presence of severe periodontal disease, women in their first trimester of pregnancy, women willing to sign written informed consent form, singleton gestation.
For control group, women in their first trimester of pregnancy with out periodontal disease, women willing to sign written informed consent form, singleton gestation.
presence of systemic diseases which can affect pregnancy,presence of fetal abnormalities,high risk pregnancies, women receiving periodontal treatment,women receiving mouth rinses and antibiotics
