Inclusion Criteria

Got unilateral chronic ankle sprain not less than 6 months before enrollment. Cumberland Ankle Instability score is less than or equal to 27 points. BMI is 18.5-24.9 kg/m2. Never practice walking meditation or exercise the lower extremity with theraband.

Exclusion Criteria

Got the histories of bilateral ankle sprain, fracture of ankle joint, knee tendon/ligament injury, or balance disorder from other medical conditions.from
